The river Yzne flows in Taurage county, Silale district, the river Akmena right tributary. Length of the river 26 km, the basin area 92 km ². The source at Siauduva village, 4 km south from Laukuva town. Flows through the lake Dievytis to southeast. Flows into the river Akmena 50 km from its mouth 2 km south from Kaltinenai town. Average gradient 182 cm/km. Average rated discharge upstream the brook Viksve mouth 0.30 m³/s, at the mouth 1.10 m³/s.
