The river Sesuva flows in Kaunas county, Kaisiadorys and Jonava districts, the river Neris left tributary. Length of the river 33 km, the basin area 162 km ². The source at Sukiskiai village, 7 km northwest from Kaisiadorys town. Flows to northwest, in lower section flows to west. The Sesuva flows into the river Neris 20 km from its mouth at Turzenai. Average gradient 172 cm/km. Average rated discharge at the mouth 0.89 m³/s.
