The river Nedzingis (Nedingis, Amarnia) flows in Alytus county, Varena district, the river Merkys right tributary. Length of the river 22 km, the basin area 153 km ². The source at Rakatanskai village, 6 km southwest from Daugai town. Flows to south through the lakes Rakatanskai and Nedzingis. Flows into the river Sventoji 30 km from its mouth, 2 km southwest from Perloja town. Average gradient 202 cm/km. Average rated discharge downstream the lake Nedzingis 0.50 m³/s, at the mouth 1.06 m³/s.
